The MSA Sordin Supreme PRO (SSP), by far our most popular Ear-Pro product, provides optimum protection with ambient sound amplification, digital sound processing and a watertight battery compartment. SSP Ear Cups provide a low-profile shape to suit various ballistic helmets, as well as right-handed or left-handed shooters. Two separate, well-shielded ambient sound microphones enable optimal situational awareness and directional sound detection. The SSP provides excellent audio response with natural sound reproduction, without the chopping effect provided by other electronic hearing protectors. You can also take advantage of five volume settings with memory, about 600 hours battery life from two standard AAA batteries (included), automatic shut-off, an audible warning when remaining battery life falls below 40 hours and a highly water resistant system. The SSP reduces dangerous noise levels by means of acoustical compression, rendering ambient sound safe. This type of hearing protection is exclusive to Sordin.
