| The Very Best Of Larry Norman - Vol. 1 | ![]() |
| This album was created for release in other countries where Larry has only ever released a few titles through the stores. There is nothing new on this CD. But it is much more succinct than any of the Essential albums, if brevity is your standard. It has an unseen photograph on the cover and a chronological order to the songs, in case you have always wondered which songs were written before others. 1.The Man From Galilee 2. Walking Backwards 3. Pardon Me 4. Riding High 5. Looking For The Footprints 6. Soul On Fire 7. Sitting In My Kitchen 8. Song Of Salvation 9. I Wish We'd All Been Ready 10. I Am A Servant 11. | Only 400 copies of this album were ever pressed. Vinyl copies have been sold, between collectors, for as much as $300.00. (Later versions would not contain this original running order of songs on Side Two. They would contain a completely different group of songs.) This has never sounded better. In fact, selections were taken from two different sets of tape sources to locate the best bias-ambience of each. We are delighted to be able to bring this album to you. It was not on our schedule of releases but Larry pushed it through to completion and it debuted at The Elsinore concert. 1. The First Time That I Went To Church 2. Peacepollutionrevolution 3. | The Lost Artifacts Of An American Poet | ![]() |
| When Mark Heard died of a heart attack at age 41, the world lost a musical visionary and Larry lost one of his closest friends. In his short lifetime, Mark released 16 albums, but recorded many more songs which were never released. Until now. A recent foray into the vaults yielded several artifacts that Mark recorded during his time at Solid Rock, some of them never before heard. We've included them on this collection of songs written by a true American poet, ten tracks filled with Mark's trademark wit and wisdom. "Mark Heard was my dear friend. We were always loyal to each other, which is what you need when things start falling down around you. We continued to work together in the studio almost up to the time of his death. He was perhaps the gentlest and kindest of any musician I have ever known. He never said anything negative about anyone, at least not to me". - Larry Norman 1. The Sheep Trust The Shepherd 2. Jesus Loves You Just Like You Are 3. Jesus Is My Help Nowadays 4. Take Me Home 5. Call On His Holy Name 6. He Is God 7. Forty Day Cruise 8. Missionary Pie 9. Two Trusting Jesus 10. You Can't Hide |

| This is the followup to the very well received Mark Heard demos collection we put out in 2007. Once again, Mark's subtle humor, poetic observations, and devotion to Jesus shine through on this great collection of songs. | Liberator (Essential #3) | ![]() |

| The third volume of Essential comes loaded with great songs. This CD digs into the personal and emotional side of Larry's compositions. These songs are about the struggle to be free. We live in bondage to our jobs, to the pain of our early years, to difficult relationships. Larry writes about the need to be liberated, both through Christ and through self-permission. There's a fair bit of humor in some of these songs, and spiritual joy despite to human ordeal. 1. My Feet Are On The Rock 2. Country Church, Country People 3. When All My Dreams Are Ending 4. | Collaborator (Essential #4) | ![]() |
| The fourth volume of Essential is from Larry's planned future release "SCALPEL" (and his now-to-be unfinished) CD. The "stand-out" tracks are three Softcore collaborations written by Softcore guitarist Charles Norman and lead singer Blix with variable lyrics by Larry. "Jesus Is God," "Don't Want To Be Like You" and "Perfect World." Bass guitar by Silver, background vocals by Blix. You may have seen them with Larry before. They performed together at Cornerstone 2001 and also collaborated on Tourniquet. With two other unusual songs which haven't been on a Larry Norman album before, these five central studio recordings plus other collaborative efforts create an overall picture of the kind of work which Larry has recorded with Charles. This is the closest thing to a new Larry Norman album there might ever be. This is possibly his very last studio album which will contain new material. 1. God Part 3 2. I Want It All (NEVER RELEASED ON L.N. CD) 3. Father Of All 4. Turn 5. Step Into The Madness 6. Rock The Flock 7. In The Garden 8. Dangerous Place 9. Protect My Child 10. All The Way Home 11. | This is the only DVD of its kind that Larry has ever done. It follows him on tour as he travels across hundreds of miles with Brander MacDonald and captures some of his very best performances in years. There are surprises, like when he meets a black dog along the way and takes us to some interesting looking places. Backstage, Brander gives him an art lesson and Larry gives an interview, on film, to a reporter. This is a very polished film, shot by the film crew which followed him and edited very capably. There has never been a better film of Larry, the entertainer, thinker and friend to strangers. And it's unlikely that there ever will be. It is now available, for the first time, on DVD. U.F.O. | The Tune CD-single | ![]() |
| "The Tune" was written by Larry in 1971. During the next two years an author, from the town where Larry first performed this, wrote a book called "The Singer" and another book called "The Song." The books were gigantic sellers. And the biggest gospel artist from the Southern gospel end of Christian show biz (who shall remain nameless) took "The Tune", kept the tempo and the flavor and re-titled it "God Gave The Song." It was one of the biggest hits the artist had up until that point. We thought it was time Christian radio stations heard the original. This is "The Tune" with a 45 piece orchestra. It has been available off and on in very limited quantities for years, but never presented officially to the gospel community. So, here it is. "The Tune" |

| Face To Face DVD | ![]() |
| Directed and edited by Larry, this is both a funny and serious collection of scripted and unscripted segments of Larry's overall artistry. It has been said that no artist has been as confrontive on so many levels as Larry has, but he has also perhaps allowed himself to be the most vulnerable of artists, too. His close relationship and openness to the public has been unusual and surprising. (What other artist has ever thrown a backyard party and acted as an emcee to his guests' very first public appearances as performers?) This DVD is a look inside the complexities of a unique artist and takes us from a young performer, standing alone in a television studio and singing with his simple Mexican guitar to a young lion prowling the stage with his band mates in Germany, Australia and England. It ends with a quiet performance laced with both laughter and tears. (Oliver North, Amy Grant and many other performers attended this performance.) |

A few live versions of his more well known songs, a few outtakes from studio rehearsals for a never completed album, and a couple of cool clips of Larry and Randy Stonehill hanging out in the studio practicing harmony arrangements. | "What did you do during the war, Daddy?" If you were part of the "Jesus Revolution" then this perfectly captures those street level days. Larry was virtually the only Christian artist with a secular record deal. He was ignoring the profitable pastures of the U.S. and playing in other countries for free with the money he made in America. He came to New York for a week and did three concerts. When he wasn't singing he was walking around Times Square witnessing to the prostitutes and the disenfranchised kids who were both restless and reckless. There is a sadness in his voice here which is still very compelling. An amazing CD which begins and ends with a prayer. My, how times have changed. This is a powerful concert and an unusual experience for those who have only witnessed Larry's performances during the late Seventies, and the Eighties and Nineties. Comes with an insightful 16 page booklet, photos. 1. Intro / Prayer 2. U.F.O. 3. The Vicissitudes of Religion 4. Why Should the Devil (slow) 5. One Way (played on guitar) 6. Up in Canada (slow) 7.
