- If you are ordering Reserved Camping please order your tickets and camping together by calling the Moondance hotline at 1-877-MOONJAM. It will save you separate shipping charges. All reserved camping is sold on a "first-come, first-served" priority basis. If your group will need multiple reserved campsites, please let us know when you call so that we can make sure they are together. Please be sure to look at the maps before calling to pick your campsite. Prices & camping options listed below.
- New for 2013: If you want to bring in a lawn chair to the concert grounds, you need a lawn chair tag. The tag is $20 and good for the entire festival. Why is Moondance charging for lawn chair seating when it has always been free?
- VIP DOES NOT INCLUDE PARKING OR CAMPING.
- All tickets include entrance to the Pre Jam Party on Thursday.
- Purchase tickets to both Moondance Jam & Moondance Jammin Country Fest and you will get a Friends of Moondance pass that includes your own party and other perks.

VIP Seating Area Includes: Shaded seating, VIP parking near the VIP tent (sold separately), free beer, free pop, free water, free Jack Daniel's Country Cocktails, $2 cocktails, free dinner, free hot & cold food tray 4pm - 10pm, access to the VIP stage box seating above the stage [VIP & Stage Box details].
Parking
Moondance has a special needs accessible parking lot, motorcycle and onsite pay parking.
Onsite parking is available inside of Gate #1 on the south end of south reserved. Motorcycle Parking is located at the East Gate. Only one motorized vehicle is allowed per campsite. There are no shuttles anywhere on the Moondance grounds.
Tailgating is NOT allowed in any Moondance parking lots.

- Reserved Camping must be ordered by phone and includes North Reserved, South Reserved, South Wooded Reserved and South Reserved Electrical campgrounds. [see maps]
- General Camping can be ordered online below. General Camping is assigned as you enter. Sites and at the northmost availble camping area and cannot be saved. [see maps]
- If you are adding someone or yourself to a campsite, you need to call in your order to avoid being placed in your own campsite.
