The Corbu bed is a wide expanse of luxury and style in soft leather and tubular steel. In keeping with the International Style ethos of Le Corbusier, Mies Van der Rohe and Bruer, the bed maintains modernist appeal with its clean lines. The two curved leather upholstered headboards may be placed in eight different positions around the perimeter of the bed for customized lounging, or they may be removed completely. The thick platform is lightly padded and expertly tailored in full grain aniline dyed leather. A gleaming chrome frame at the head and foot is made in the same tubular steel as Le Corbusier's classic sofas and arm chairs. Inset within the leather frame is a perforated wood platform to support the mattress and provide air circulation.
